Morning Glow Beet Beauty Juice

Here’s a redundant question… have you ever wanted glowing skin, shiny hair, nails that can screech through a chalk board and a natural sweet non-soda hit? (uh, yeah… I’ve been shooting for this since I hit puberty!)

Well, kick up your Louis Vuitton heels because I have the magic solution!

I don’t juice as much as I used to these days., ever since I discovered the joys of Juice Plus-ing every day! But when I do, this is still one of my faves.

Now, I know what you’re thinking… juicing? But I gotta peel and chop and clean the juicer, all for a few measly drops of juice? Yes. Yes you do. It’s called adulting and if you will happily plonk your butt on the couch all night and eat cheesy chips, you can give up three minutes of your life to get more out of it, am I right?

Here’s how it rolls…

Morning Glow Beet Beauty Juice

  • 1 pear
  • 1 orange, skin and pith removed
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks, peeled
  • 1 beetroot, peeled
  • 2 carrots
  • 3 kale leaves
  • 1/2 to 1 lemon, skin and pith removed

Wash and chop all ingredients before passing through juicer. Add ice cubes and drink immediately. will refrigerate for up to 6 hours (although the juice may darken as it oxidises)

Juicing is an easy way to get a fast hit of mega nutrition into your body. But on the days when I’m too busy (or lazy) or tired (or lazy), I always make sure I take my new beauty secret weapon.

I swear, it looks like the sun is shining out of my face ever since I started using this product. But seeing as we’re friends, I’ll let you in on the secret here.

Sending you lip-smacking love!
