3 WORDS THAT CHANGED MY LIFE

3 Words That Changed My Life

Is holding your feelings in keeping you overweight?

If you think that the two tubs of cream cheese, six snack bars and chicken wings you ate BEFORE you sat down to dinner last night has nothing to do with the fact that you plaster a fake smile on your face each day, you’d be dead wrong.

“Don’t express your feelings”, they say. Yeah, you think… “No one wants to hear my problems anyway”.

And you’re right. They probably don’t. But keeping the real you locked inside a Doritos bag is not helpful either. Saying “yes” when you’d rather say “no” affects your eating.

If you’re not sure how to let your badass self step out from behind the scenes, then check out how being fake is keeping you overweight…

Being like everyone else doesn't make you NORMAL. It makes you AVERAGE. Click To Tweet

The Highlights

1  Intention

If the fake you is constantly trying to be, do, and become someone you really, kinda hate, it’s going to be a little tricky to make food choices that you feel good about. Why? Because you’re sad-ass is busy eating chocolate to feel good!

2  Integrity

It’s safe to be you all of the time. Not just when you’re behind closed doors and you dance, half naked around your living room listening to Brittany Spears. Let that little glimmer of ‘crazy’ shine all the time.

DISCLAIMER: Half naked dancing is not recommended in the following locations:

  • The workplace
  • Your Grandma’s house
  • Any outdoor location that is not accompanied by a Mardi Gras festival.

3  Alignment

Being like everyone else doesn’t make you NORMAL. It makes you AVERAGE. We are all unique and we are all here to shine our own light. You’re not born to be a carbon copy of somebody else. You’re not supposed to look like somebody else, be, act, or say the things that other people do. It’s okay to be you. As long as you’re doing it with Intention, Integrity and Alignment.

It’s time for you to live a life of freedom and joy; not feeling restricted and deprived and waiting for that next big binge to strike.

I believe that the only person who can change your life is you.  And I also believe, you’ve got what it takes.

Chocolate coated love!
Kylie
