Disclaimer - I roooolly wanted to make this with peaches but they're not in season yet but the nectarines worked well!) 5-MINUTE FRUIT TAOAST

WHAT YOU NEED
Ciabatta bread, toasted
Nutella, melted (I add a little coconut oil to make it smoother)
Whatever toppings you like
HOW IT’S DONE
Slice the nectarines and gently cook in coconut oil and maple syrup.
Spread toast with cream cheese and layer with cooked fruit and fresh strawberries.
Drizzle with Nutella and a little more syrup.
I topped this one with some weeny little seeds for fibre and minerals such as magnesium, potassium, calcium, iron and zinc.
I created this one on the fly but I foresee it showing up as a regular part of your weekly rotation as well.
