This week I'm laying out the 5 Secrets To Permanent Weight Loss.

If you're still struggling with emotional eating and your weight, it's time to get your little mitts on this!

1.CREATE NEW ACTIONS THAT YOU WANT TO BECOME HABITS:
• What do you need to START, STOP KEEP doing?
• If you were ALREADY in your dream body, What would you have done on REPEAT to GET there? What would you now do on REPEAT to stay there?

2. SCHEDULE THEM INTO YOUR ROUTINE:
• Don’t slot in BS things that you THINK you should do to lose weight but you hate or don’t care about.

3. GO MICRO WITH YOUR UPGRADES:
• Don’t try to change ALL your eating ALL at once

4. BUILD:
• Asses the MACRO vision periodically and pivot as needed.

5. COMMIT:
• It won’t be easy so don’t expect it to be.
• There’s deprivation either way.
