Beyond the fear there is a part of your mind that knows, I mean REALLY knows, if you’re on the right path or not.
One or two chocolate biscuits… probably on the right path.
Seven packets, not so much.
It’s not the food that scares you.
It’s the belief that you can’t TRUST yourself around it.
The only (and pretty major) flaw with that theory is that if your body’s underlying motive was to do you harm, you would probably run recklessly into traffic or roll naked in honey and then shake your booty past a pack of ravenous bears.
But you don’t do that, do you?
No.
You don’t.
FIRSTLY, because your primal instinct is NOT to cause yourself harm and…
SECONDLY because you kinda prefer your booty without a set of giant bear fangs hanging from it. 🐻

You CAN trust yourself around food.
You CAN trust yourself to take the very best care of yourself.
And you CAN believe that when you get out of your own way, you WILL succeed.
You just have to release THE NEED TO CONTROL and be willing to GO WITH THE FLOW.
