Life is a precarious juggling act of tasks, demands and creative ways to avoid said tasks and demands. If you suffer from inbox overwhelm or you’re stuck in a tornado of never ending to-do list’s, then hold tight… This week I’m sharing with you my 3 hottest tips to break up with procrastination eating and create a life that’s easy like Sunday morning!

In a nutshell

Don’t Take On More Than You Can Handle

If those office demands are getting you down or that pile of dirty laundry could be mistaken for a mini jumping castle, then eating cupcakes to avoid the tasks at hand will not make the situation better. Enlist help. Set boundaries. Let others know your limits and then stick to them. Your needs are important too.

Chocolate Won’t Make It Better

Trust me, I’ve tried this one maaaaany times. Mass chocolate consumption will not make your problems better. What it WILL do, is turn one problem into two. Before chocolate, you had one problem. Post chocolate, you have TWO PROBLEMS… you have your ORIGINAL problem PLUS you have the brand new problem of 5 extra kilos stuck to your butt! Face things head on.

Take Control Of The Situation

Watch your words. Are the things you’re saying to yourself making your stress levels better or worse? Replace the word “busy” with the the word “productive”. Busy = Stress (aka procrastination eating) Productive = Power (aka you becoming a hive of productivity). Choose productive over busy every time.
