Yes, I admit it... I'm a Chia Pudding fanatic (and no, I'm not ashamed to say so!)

I eat Chia Pudding every.single.day for my breakfast and I never tire of it's smooth, creamy, nutritionally dense and oh so filling goodness!

Here’s how it's done…
Steep 1 Chai teabag in 8oz of boiling water for 10 minutes
On the stove, heat 3/4 cup coconut milk (don’t boil)
Remove tea bag from water and add warm coconut milk
Gently stir through 2 to 3 tbsp chia seeds and let sit for 3 minutes
