COCONUT CHIA CHAI LATTE
This is a twist on an old classic.
Its dairy free, gluten free and crazy pants delicious!
So creamy and delicious, this recipe simply has to be shared!
Here’s how it’s done…
- Steep 1 Chai teabag in 8oz of boiling water for 10 minutes
- On the stove, heat 3/4 cup coconut milk (don’t boil)
- Remove tea bag from water and add warm coconut milk
- Gently stir through 2 to 3 tbsp chia seeds and let sit for 3 minutes
Drizzle with honey, add a dash of cinnamon, top with shredded coconut, nuts, seeds and fruit and there you have it! A Fast ‘n Fresh dessert that’s healthy for you!
