This is a twist on an old classic.

Its dairy free, gluten free and crazy pants delicious!

So creamy and delicious, this recipe simply has to be shared!

 

Here’s how it’s done…

  • Steep 1 Chai teabag in 8oz of boiling water for 10 minutes
  • On the stove, heat 3/4 cup coconut milk (don’t boil)
  • Remove tea bag from water and add warm coconut milk
  • Gently stir through 2 to 3 tbsp chia seeds and let sit for 3 minutes

 

And Then:

Drizzle with honey, add a dash of cinnamon, top with shredded coconut, nuts, seeds and fruit and there you have it! A Fast ‘n Fresh dessert that’s healthy for you!

 

What’s the big deal about Chia Seeds?

Chia seeds are a powerhouse of super nutrition. They contain five times more calcium than milk, seven times more Vitamin C than oranges, three times more iron than spinach, are high in protein and gluten free! Yay!
