Hey, sis!


This 5-minute meal is UNHINGED with flavour🤌🏼 and for sure to be one you go-to over and over again (TAG a bestie who loves sushi!!)🐟🎣🍚

🍽️ Ingredients:
🐟 1 can tuna in spring water
🥡 Kewpie mayonnaise
🍚 Steamed rice (I used a mix of brown + jasmine)
🥢 Rice wine vinegar
🧅 Red onion
🥑 Avocado
🥒 Other veggies of your choice

📝 Instructions:
- Drain tuna and mix through chopped red onion + kewpie to taste (I blended the mix in the Nutribullet for a smoother consistency)
- Mix a handful of rice with a tbsp of rice wine vinegar and set aside to cool
- Place toasted seaweed in moulds and fill with rice, tuna, avo and your choice of toppings
- Allow to set in the fridge for 5 minutes

Note: 📝 If you use sushi rice you will get a better result but I didn’t have any on hand so regular rice works just as well, it’s just not as sticky🥢
