If your body could speak to you, what would it say?
Would it say:
“You should FEED ME TRASH and TREAT ME LIKE TRASH because I AM TRASH”?
Would it say:
“I DON’T DESERVE to be comfortable, so just keep feeding me chocolate”?
Or would it say:
“All I’ve ever wanted was to LOVE YOU. And I will. No matter what NAMES YOU CALL ME, no matter how much YOU HATE ME, I will continue to work for you… because I love you”
There is a consequence to every decision you make.
Don’t think that CALLING YOURSELF FAT, UGLY, DISGUSTING is ok…
Because it’s NOT.
Your words have power.
If you want a different body, then start by appreciating the one you have NOW.
And if you want a different relationship with food, then start by honouring the one you have NOW.
It all starts with YOU.
And if you’re DONE with the diet, binge, diet cycle,
If you’re DONE with feeling GUILTY every time you eat,
If you’re THROUGH with stressing over:
CALORIES
CARBS
POINTS
GRAMS
And STILL SABOTAGING your success, then let me know.
