Before I did this program I was just about ready to check myself into rehab because I had driven myself crazy with diet "stuff". I was absolutely terrified of food. Like, cold sweat, anxiety and tears just thinking about what I could eat. The only foods I ate were protein shakes, spinach and chicken. I was scared to eat fruit, beans, any starches, fat, carrots, nuts and the list goes on and on. Of course in my off times I would eat ALL the frosting off entire cakes and tons of other crazy things. How does the program work?

The F The Scale! Weight Loss Program is a monthly Membership site which means once you join, you become an F The Scale Woman! You will receive immediate access to the entire program plus all the bonus material, resource library and the private Facebook group. I'll be coming at you live and sprinkling some pixie dust into your life each week in the private Facebook group as we share a virtual green smoothie and I show you exactly how to lose weight, no matter what challenges are going on in your life.


I don't want to join the Facebook support group. Can I still join?

Absolutely! The Facebook group is a dynamic support resource, but not an essential part of the program. We do hold live teachings here however, all your content will be available via the private Membership Site so you can still access all your materials, videos, mp3's, workbooks, recipes, bonus material and the Masterclasses! 


Am I locked into a contract?

F The Scale! has a one time joining fee of $279 which gives you immediate access to the entire F The Scale! Weight Loss Program plus the full resource library. After that, it's just $37/monthly fee for as long as you would like to remain a member. That's it! And for that you get aaaall the juicy goodness of the program plus a whole bunch of Kylie in your life! Although you are under no obligation to stay, we find most of our members love the personalised support so much, they come for the program but stay for the F The Scale family.  


Do you have a refund policy?

Unfortunately due to the nature of the program and the fact that you receive immediate access to all recourses provided in F The Scale!, the magical 'F The Scale' fairy is unable to grant refunds (I think her powers are revoked by Hobbits).


I've tried everything to lose weight. Why is this different from the other gazillion things I've tried?

Becausemy little sugar coated peanut, this is not a diet. In fact, this is the anti-diet. Can we talk honestly, just you and me? You can find a thousand programs out there that will help you "shred" if that's what you want to do. I'll even mail you my old Jillian Michaels DVD's. But shredding is not healing. Shredding is not loving. And shredding is NOT going to help you end the battle with your body and food. In fact, (let's just be real) it will probably make the problem a whole lot worse. 

I understand the hesitation. I really do. I've been in your shoes so many times I've worn holes in the carpet. But eventually you will need to decide what you want? Do you want another round of lose 5 kilos and gain back 15? Because if you do, F The Scale Weight Loss is going to be massively disappointing.
