Ginger & Beet Detox Tea
INGREDIENTS
- 1 medium beetroot, peeled, rinsed and cut into small chunks
- 1 inch knob of ginger, peeled
- Seeds from ½ pomegranate
- 2 cups brewed herbal tea, warm (click here for my current tea crush. OMG! Soooo goooood!)
- 1 pink grapefruit, peeled and cut into slices*
*NOTE: Don’t like grapefruit? That’s cool. You can add 3 tbsp freshly squeezed lime or lemon juice, or the juice from an orange instead.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pass all your ingredients through the juicer and then mix with your fave Clean Tea
- Drink before anyone else gets to it first
