HOW IT’S DONE
🍠 Thinly slice pumpkin (I used butternut) and sweet potato.
🍠 Cook both sides in coconut oil and a wee bit of garlic
🍠 Layer your slices and sprinkle with feta
🍠 Drizzle with green goddess dressing (I bought mine from Woolies but you can make your own if you’re into that)
