They make similar food choices.
They’re showing up just as much.
The only difference between you and the girls who are losing weight is...
They don’t think it’s hard.
They don’t see weight loss as some crazy, hard goal.
Getting healthy is just their standard way of living.
But mostly...
... they aren’t giving up each Friday to “start again” next Monday.
Which means this can be YOU the minute you stop making weight loss such a dreaded task and just start living in alignment.
• Make the healthy food choices because you want to. Not because you need to.
• Move your damn body each day because it feels good. Not to burn calories
• And ffs, stop telling yourself horror stories about all the things you think you can’t eat and focus on what you can (which in my world is EVERYTHING - yes, you can eat your cake and lose weight too!)
This is why my 1:1 clients get results. All foods are good foods Nothing is off limits. Except excuses. Excuses are definitely off limits lol.
