The time has come.
You’re done with raiding the fridge at 1am.
You’re through with giving in to every cherry glazed donut that crosses your path.

I mean, this whole “I lost a kilo! love myself” or “Uggh! I gained a kilo. I hate myself” thing is getting a little tired, don’t you think?
You were born for more than this. And you CAN create a life free of diet drama, IF you get savvy and create some new empowering habits.
Are you ready to bust through that self doubt and create a life where you really CAN sit next to chocolate cake without wishing you could roll around in it naked?
Know your why
If you don’t know why you really want to heal your relationship with food, you will never pull this off. Sure, you want to drop a few kilos, but how important will that seem when you’re faced with a bucket of Dunkin Donuts? It’s time to get jiggy with it and get down to specifics. How will this really affect you? How will it impact your family, your job, the world? If you want to walk away from the next office party without stuffing yourself silly with creamy cakes, you’ve got to know WHY it even matters to you.
One small step for you, one giant leap for your future
Sure, we’d all like to wake up tomorrow magically thin and freakishly beautiful but the truth, unless you’re living in a Shrek movie, it’s probably not going to happen. This is real life and real results have to happen in REAL TIME. That means that every tiny step you take will add up. Don’t give up and don’t binge if you think you “messed it up”. Small steps build on each other so keep going. You’ll be wearing your Princess Fiona tiara before you know it.
Tomorrow never comes (or does it?)
Next time you’re tempted to binge, ask yourself “how will I feel about this tomorrow?” Because as much fun as living in the moment may be, binging on ice cream and choc chunk cookies WILL come back to bite you in the proverbial butt so next time you feel the temptation to escape your feelings with a delivery of cheesy crust pizza, take a pause and ask yourself, “how good will you feel about this tomorrow?”
Remember, new habits take time to form but with a little TLC, it can absolutely be done!
