What if being happy when you lose weight was all a lie?

WHAT IF your life stayed the same?

WHAT IF your problems were still there?

WHAT IF the money/kids/partner still stressed you out?

WHAT IF stressing over food choices was still a thing?

WHAT IF the bathroom scales stressed you out more?

WHAT IF you got more attention from men?

WHAT IF your girlfriends started to ignore you?

WHAT IF your partner doesn’t like it?

WHAT IF your skin sags?

WHAT IF you find new lumps and bumps to obsess over?

WHAT IF?

WHAT IF??

WHAT IF…. {BREATHE…}

WHAT IF…

WHAT IF you CHOSE happiness now?

WHAT IF you ACCEPTED yourself now?

WHAT IF you DECIDED to be okay with your body while you’re on the journey?

WHAT IF you believed you had more to offer the world than a number?

WHAT IF you took the magic away from the bathroom scale and gave it back to YOURSELF?

WHAT IF you chose to feel CONFIDENT now?

WHAT IF you SMILED big now?

WHAT IF you LAUGHED more now?

WHAT IF you could do all this because you just KNEW no matter how fast (or slow) the weight loss happens, it WILL HAPPEN because you are COMMITTED to yourself, first and foremost.

WHAT WOULD BE POSSIBLE THEN?
