The magic formula to stop binge eating is (wait for it…) KINDNESS.
You have what it takes to beat this. Please don’t ever feel that you don’t.
There is nothing you are lacking.
There is nothing more you need.
You can keep Googling for solutions but EVENTUALLY, you will need to have faith that you can do it.
Iso is the perfect time to pay attention to your urges to binge.
Ask Yourself:
- What is happening or not happening?
- What are you trying to feel or not feel by bingeing?
- And more importantly, when you eat more than you need (because let’s face it, iso is challenging) BE KIND TO YOURSELF.
You CAN heal your relationship with food and you CAN break the process of restrict ➡binge ➡feel like a failure ➡repeat.
