How To Stop Binge Eating

The magic formula to stop binge eating is (wait for it…) KINDNESS⁠.

You have what it takes to beat this. Please don’t ever feel that you don’t.⁠

There is nothing you are lacking. ⁠
There is nothing more you need. ⁠
You can keep Googling for solutions but EVENTUALLY, you will need to have faith that you can do it.⁠

Iso is the perfect time to pay attention to your urges to binge. ⁠

Ask Yourself:

  1. What is happening or not happening?⁠
  2. What are you trying to feel or not feel by bingeing?⁠
  3. And more importantly, when you eat more than you need (because let’s face it, iso is challenging) BE KIND TO YOURSELF.⁠

You CAN heal your relationship with food and you CAN break the process of restrict ➡binge ➡feel like a failure ➡repeat.⁠
