“She’s up herself”
“I’ll never look as good as that”
These are all the things your mind will tell you when you identify an action you know you *could* be taking to improve your life but you don’t *want* to do it so you either project it outwards (“She probably lives at the gym, that’s so dumb”) or you draw it inwards (“I’ll never look as good as her. I hate my life”)… either way, it’s all BS, BS, BS!
YOU can be anything you want to be.
YOU can look any way you want to look.
What YOU decide for yourself and your body is nobody else’s business.
What they think doesn’t matter.
What they say doesn’t matter.
Your life is all on YOU.
It’s time to stop with the BS stories and just do the damn thing👌🏼
