WHAT YOU NEED

🍦 Rind of 2 lemons
🍦 8 marshmallows
🍦 blueberries
🍦 Slivered almonds
🍦 1 dessert spoon of melted coconut oil
🍦 4 spoons of coconut yoghurt (plain)

HOW IT’S DONE
Zap the marshmallows in the microwave for approx 30 seconds until they puff. Stir in all other ingredients and gently fold. Place spoonfuls of the mixture onto grease paper and freeze for 2-4 hours.
