Do you want to join my Weight Loss Challenge?
It’s still relatively early on the 2016 calendar which means this is traditionally the time of year we start our fancy new diet.
We SWEAR this time will be different and we will FOR SURE lose 500 kilos, keep it off forever and live happily ever after.
So as the temptation to start another “challenge” or “clean eating program” beckons you like a double fudge chocolate cake, I’m offering you a NEW CHALLENGE.
It’s simple. It’s not difficult and it won’t cost you a cent.
How about, this February, instead of throwing your casholla at another round of meal replacement shakes, weigh-ins or paleo plans, why not be kind to yourself and Ditch the Diets?
Why not stop treating your body it like it’s an amusement park and eating jelly donuts is the ride?
Why not end the obsession and stop pretending that your life will be any better than it is right now when you lose weight?
Why not eat what you want, when you want it and stop when you’ve had enough?
WHY NOT?!
I’ll tell you why…
Because it’s easier to follow a plan, see a quick result and then pretend like all your problems have magically skipped off into Boogie Wonderland and NOW you can be happy because your jeans have a smaller size imprinted on them.
But it’s a lie.
WHAAA?
Y.E.S.
You can lose all the weight in the world, but the REASONS you were eating to start with will STILL BE THERE.
It’s time to SERIOUSLY CONSIDER YOUR OPTIONS…
WHAT do you want for yourself for 2016?
WHO do you want to be?
Because if you want to drag this out for another year and another year after that, then of course you can.
BUT
If you are ready to end the obsession and set yourself free, then shout it out below.
