What is Soulful Self Care?

Yes, I’ve been suspiciously quiet today but I PROMISE it’s for good reason.

One of my clients (and now dearest friends…which FYI, is always how it turns out because I ONLY work with people I connect with on a soul level. And that’s not a, me being selfish thing, that’s a, me making sure that I my clients get RESULTS, thing.)

But back to the story…

One of my clients, and now dearest friends… sent me a voucher to an ENTIRE DAY spa experience and so essentially, posting on Facebook while your in blissful heaven is a little difficult.

I stared blankly at the therapist who kindly informed me to put my phone DOWN.

Uh, I’m sorry?

What was that?

I can’t hear you over the sound of my emails dinging and my Messenger ringing.
I did, however decide to heed her advice and guess what?

The world is still turning AND I feel blissfully relaxed.

So the moral of the story?

There is more to the hustle than “tasks”.

The hustle is ALL of it.

It’s EVERYTHING.

It’s YOU doing what YOU need to do to keep the hustle alive.

As for me?

I’m dining on vegan baby spinach leaves 🌱with roast pumpkin 🍅and beetroot🌰 (yes there is some sneaky chicken breast in there which I KNOW negates the vegan aspect but hey, it’s MY Soulful Self Care Day and I’m doing it MY way) 😜🍗
