So you think there’s something wrong with you because your booty looks more like it came from a cronut than a Kardashian?
If you still hate your body, this is why…
The messages are coming at us and they’re thicker than butter on hot fruit toast… “You should look like this, you shouldn’t look like that”.
The media is constantly telling you in every way they can that if you don’t measure up to their standards, not only will you never be happy, but you should just stop taking up room on the planet and make space for the more beautiful people.
So you’ve Ditched the Diet, you’re shaking your booty a few times a week and you still hate your body? this is why…

The Highlights
No-body likes to be punished
So you ate a pizza? Punishing yourself the next day with crazy long workouts to try and get those calories off your backside is no fun. You don’t need to be somebody else or look like somebody else to be happy, to be okay with you who you are and to be in love with yourself right now.
There’s nothing wrong with you
We could be perfectly happy exactly as we are, with what we have, who we are, how we look, but we’re told that that’s not possible. There’s nothing wrong with you. There has never been anything wrong with you. There never will be anything wrong with you. You look EXACTLY how you are supposed to look. If you were supposed to look like somebody else you would!
The magical fairy land of Skinny-Happiness does not exist
You’re not going to reach some magical destination and suddenly become deliriously happy with your body. It will only make you want to binge even more to rebel against the constant restriction. You deserve to be happy now. Remember, whatever message you send out, you also send in.
Have you ever punished yourself with super long workouts or restricted your food after a binge? How well did it work for you?
And what’s the One Kind Thing you can do for yourself this week to help you let go of the crazy-up-in-the-head “I’m not going to love myself until I’m thin!” syndrome?
