THE SUBTLE ART OF SELF LOVE

The Subtle Art Of Self Love
There is an art to self love.
When I first looked at this photo, all I saw was rolls.
Rolls of fat.
But you know what’s exhausting?
Trying to be someone you’re NOT.
And you know what’s even MORE exhausting?
Hating yourself for who you ARE.
1. There’s nothing wrong with wanting to lose weight.
If you’re not comfortable in your body then it’s perfectly fine to want to change that.
But hating yourself for where at you’re at right now is a battle you can never win.
2. Don’t judge yourself for your first thought.
Your first thought is a REACTIONARY thought based on your past.
You can’t control your FIRST thought but you can 💯 control your SECOND.
Your body is not who you are anymore than your hair or your fingernails.
So why judge the internal worth of your heart and your kindness and your love and generosity by an external object?
3. Revolutionary Idea
What if, instead of trying to solve your whole life, you just think about adding additional good things. One at a time. And just let your pile of good things grow?
It’s time to give a shoutout to the curvy, thin, bold, shy, big boobs, no boobs, makeup-loving, all natural, tall, short, sexy women.
Keep rocking it girl.
You’re gorgeous and in case nobody told you today…
You’re doing great!
Now I want to hear from you! What do you see when you look at this picture?
And remember to Like and Share with a sister who needs this.
Because if there’s one thing I want you to know, it’s that it’s okay to have everything in moderation.
Including moderation.
Big love!
