Here’s what you’ll need
- 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup chopped pineapple (skin removed)
- ½ frozen banana
- ¼ small beetroot (optional, but super nutritious)
- 1 kale leaf
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 2 cups coconut water
- ½ cup ice
What to do
Blend all ingredients till smooth and enjoy!
