Already wishing you could get a ‘do-over’ for 2018?

Let’s talk about the gift of not giving a sh*t.
I didn’t write any resolutions this year.
Instead, I gave myself a gift…the gift of not giving a sh*t.
What is the gift of not giving a sh*t? It means I don’t give a sh*t if I get my eating “perfect” or not. I don’t give a sh*t about “fresh starts” or trying to “get it right”.
I don’t give a sh*t about carbs, macros or refined sugars. If I want them, I’ll eat them. If not, I won’t (revolutionary, right? Why didn’t anybody think of this before?)
This year it’s just me, not giving a sh*t about what anybody else thinks about the extra 5 kilos I gained over the holiday period, or the jiggle of my thighs when I walk, or the extra rolls around my midsection. It’s all me. Sometimes I’m swimming in chocolate and sometimes I’m chugging green juice and BOTH of them are okay.
I love myself now enough not to give a sh*t about anyone’s opinion of my body but my own. I’m fine with me. Extra jiggles and all.
And I’m going to share with you how you can give yourself this gift as well (check out the video below).

You don’t have to be perfect. You’re already a fierce woman. That’s perfect enough.
Life is not black and white. Your body is not RIGHT or WRONG simply because you decide that it is. It’s the body you have right now, so embrace it.
What gift will you give yourself this year?
