Meditation/visualisation: I’m so happy and grateful now that…
Stretch: 20 mins
Drink 1l lemon water
8am gym + podcast
Checklist for habit selection: does this give me more of what I want?
Do: make it easy – gym close, meal prep, flexibility with food
Don’t: social media, emails, text messages before 9am
