This is another one of my daily go-to’s full of fibre, Vit C and Manganese (good for your bones, blood and sex hormones)
1 cup Pineapple (fresh or frozen)
1 Frozen Banana
1/2 cup Frozen Mango
1/2 cup Coconut Yoghurt
1 cup Coconut Water
Blend and enjoy!
