🐣 GET YO ASS UP BEFORE 5AM
Why? Because it’s hard as fk to do, that’s why! If you can master dragging your sorry ass outta bed nice and early, you can definitely conquer a chocolate bar. You have to start stacking your wins. Show yourself who you are with your actions. You’re not a wuss! Get up!😩🍔🍟
📝 PLAN YOUR DAMN MEALS (and don’t change it when it gets hard!)
This is the second of my five Eating Codes. Plan your meals (including snacks) for the day FIRST THING in the morning and do not deviate. For anything. This is win number twooo!! Let the 5am version of you who wants to see you lose weight plan your food. She’s a fkn boss! Listen to her🏼
🍫💧 EAT CHOCOLATE + DRINK WATER
Okay, this might seem a little strange but I promise it works. If you don’t allow yourself to eat any of your favourite foods you WILL binge. I repeat... YOU WILL BINGE🚫🥞🧁 Instead, plan your favourite foods into your meal plan (see above👆🏼) and then... drink at least 3L-4L of water per day. A girl needs to stay hydrated to curb those foux hunger signals or cravings for sweets. Most of the time you’re just damn thirsty so bottoms up, babe!🧃
