If you refuse to step outta your warm and cozy comfort zone you will literally NEVAH lose the weight..... #isaidwhatisaid. Pushing yourself outside of your comfort zone will prove to your brain that you can do hard things. This will make the two points above a whole lotta eeeezzzyyyy!

Let go of the story that you need to eat “perfectly” to lose weight. Live a high-quality life because you want to be a high-quality person. Not because you want to get thin.
