Become familiar with the feelings of satisfaction versus the feelings of fullness.

Tune in not out.
When you use overeating, or binge eating to escape your life, you start with one problem, but by the time you eat half the kitchen, you have two problems. Use the pain and pleasure principle to help you overcome that.

Act like the person you want to become.
