1.STOP MAKING THE NUMBER MEAN SOMETHING ABOUT YOU!!
The scale is a physical representation of your gravitational pull to planet earth!
Your POWER is in who you are BEING, not in a number.
So if you get a number you don’t like, here’s what to do…
2.If the CAUSE of the problem is your thoughts, guess where you’ll find the SOLVE for the problem?
Not in food. Not in bingeing and starting again tomorrow.
If the problem is how you’re thinking about it then the SOLUTION HAS TO BE there too.
The solution and the problem are always in the same place.
3.Your brain will put 90% of your life in its HABIT CENTRE bc you don’t WANT to be thinking about every tiny thing you do.
That means that right now you have a HABIT of freaking out over the number. But habits can be changed when you become AWARE that what you are doing is not serving you.
