Scary stuff, right?
Why do you think we keep the battle alive?
Because subconsciously we believe it’s better to stay in the pain that we’re in, than to move into the unknown.
But trying to EAT Love will never substitute for BEING Love.
Being thin on the outside can’t fill up the emptiness inside.
